      Handles the incoming packet.

      Unlike ClientPlayNetworking.PlayPayloadHandler this method is executed on netty's event loops. Modification to the game should be scheduled.

      An example usage of this:

      ClientConfigurationNetworking.registerReceiver(OVERLAY_PACKET_TYPE, (payload, context) -> {
